I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the staff of NewParkOffice & ConferenceCenter. I wish to particularly single out the following: Ms. Kathleen Swahn, who has been instrumental in the orchestration of services in a timely and efficient manner. Ms. Swahn employs an open-door policy where even the littlest of concerns are viewed as relevant and important by her. Maria Rivera is also an integral component with whom the facility would have no better individual in providing the “face” of NewParkOffice & ConferenceCenter. Ms. Rivera has a disposition that is quite amenable to displaying the type of care to attention and detail that has become emblematic of services at this office complex. Finally, I wish to highlight the tireless and energetic work performed by Mr. John Lajoie, who ensures with absolute dedication that the physical aspects of this complex center run flawlessly and without interruption.
